PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is about how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you interact with my website.
I may also collect information about you, such as name, first name and email address during exhibitions, art fairs and other events, only with your consent of course.
First, a little personal note. I'm far from perfect and I'm not even trying to be perfect. I'm just trying to stick to a so-called golden rule, which I believe to be a valuable spiritual and concrete guideline at the same time: Treat others as you would like others to treat you.
That said, this does not exempt me from legal stuff, so here it is ;-)
All data collected about you will generally be used by me or a third-party service provider in order to fulfill the usual operations such as invoicing, processing your payment, shipping, communicating with you, screening for potential risk or fraud.
According to your preference settings, your personal information may be used by third-party service providers such as Google, Facebook, and others in order to provide you with information or advertisings in relation with my products and/or services.
I won’t spam you 10 days a week. From time to time I will send you a newsletter about fresh new works in my different series, future exhibitions near your location, special offers on my artworks in my online boutique, studio insights and other infos that I think may be of your interest.
Also, I won’t sell, transfert or attempt any other unlawful action with your personal data and handle it in a confidential way. My goal is rather to commit to creating and maintaining a pleasant and lasting relationship with my clients and potential future clients.
I decline any responsibility related to the use of your personal data by third-party service providers or other persons or companies related or not to me.
