REFUND POLICY

 

My Refund Policy is valid during 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your artwork. Passed this period, I will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange for your order.

 

If you decide to end the contract for any reason after the order has been dispatched to you or you have received it, you must return it to me. Please email me first at michele_lysek@hotmail.com to arrange shipping or collection. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the artwork within 7 days after receiving my notificationand approval for the return.

 

I will only refund the costs of return if the artwork is faulty or misdescribed, if you are ending the contract because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something I have done wrong or if the shipment was damaged on the way to you.

 

In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you are responsible for the full costs of return. The artwork to be returned by sending or collection, the full amount of costs generated by the return will be deducted from your refund. If you live in a country outside of Switzerland, the full amount of costs includes the possible importation taxes such as import duties and VAT on the way back to Switzerland.

 

The artwork must be returned in the same conditions and with the original packaging to my current address :

Unfortunately, I can not guarantee that I will receive your returned artwork and that it will arrive without damages. If you are responsible for the return, you will have to contact the shipping company you picked for the dispatching and invoke the guarantee concluded with them when sending. If the return happens to be in my responsibility, I will have to sort it out with the shipping company.

 

 

RETURNING A DAMAGED SHIPMENT:

(If the shipment was damaged on the way to you)

 

Please notify me asap if you receive a damaged shipment.

Please provide your name, home address, details of the order, your phone number and email address.

Do not return any shipment before notifying me and prior to receiving my response. Depending on your country we will find the best return solution.

 

If I won’t be able to fix the artwork conveniently, you will have the choice between a refund or a new artwork in the same price category.

 

If you choose a more expensive artwork you will have to support the price difference, for less expensive artworks I will refund you the difference.

 

 

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND:

 

You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days (after the day you receive your order) and claim a refund. In this case, returns are only accepted if the artwork is not commissioned or bespoke.

 

All returned artworks are carefully examined upon return. If an artwork has been altered in any way by you or a third party, the refunded amount will be calculated accordingly to the actual conditions of the artwork. If the artwork has been damaged making it unsaleable, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

You will have to support the full costs of return.
