These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all users of this website. Please read them.
Using this website (no matter how) means you accept them.
All contents, prices, T&C, return policy and whatever, may be modified or discontinued without me spamming you about those changes. Enjoy the positive side of things.
Accordingly, MLWP11 is not liable to you or to any third-party for any modification of content including availability.
Unless stated otherwise, all my artworks are originals, unique, signed and come with a certificate of authenticity.
The pictures of the artworks are as accurate as possible in order to faithfully reflect the original. Depending on your viewing screen, colors and textures may vary a little. Feel free to ask me more pictures.
I make an effort to notify as soon as possible the availability of my artworks simultaneously in all selling platforms (galleries, online galleries, exhibitions etc.).
If the same artwork should be sold at the same time in two different spots, I’ll contact you asap and sort out a satisfying solution for both of you.
Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF).
I gladly accept cards, PayPal and bank wire (Klarna) with SSL secure technology.
I OFFER YOU THE SHIPPING COSTS! For Switzerland and International. For now, I don't ship to the moon!
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. 2-3 working days for Switzerland, 3-12 for international.
You will be notified by e-mail with a tracking number (if available) when your order has been shipped.
Please note: taxes are only included for Switzerland. Customs of the destination country can apply importation taxes such as import duties and VAT.
When purchasing an artwork from my online gallery you agree to pay the necessary import fees and/or VAT that may apply.
If you would like to know more about this procedure and wish to avoid surprises, please contact the responsible service in your country.
Any purchase made on this website will be considered legal within the general terms of sale.
MLWP11 does not sell any product to anyone under legal age (18 years old).
Minors can only make purchases with the written approval of a parent or a legal guardian.
MLWP11 shall not be legally responsible for any transaction, financial or otherwise, made by a minor in breach of the above policy.
All orders are packed and shipped only upon receipt of full payment.
All orders are shipped to the address provided at the time the order was placed.
Orders may be refused or canceled if you do not, within a reasonable time of me asking for it, make any payment when it is due or provide me with information that is necessary to ship the order.
Orders may also be canceled if you are (or I reasonably believe you will be) in breach of these T&C.
I decline any responsibility for damage or loss of shipment. All artworks shipped by me will be insured by the dispatching company, according to their value.
All artworks will be packed carefully and in such a way that the contents are secure during transport.
Please check your order upon receipt.
If the shipment has been physically damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.
No spam, phish or whatsoever other unlawful or harmful stuff is allowed on this website.
If part of these T&C should be void, the rest will continue in force.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

The Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are an integral part of these T&C. Please read them as well.

If you feel like, please send me a picture and/or feedback of the artwork when you suited the right place for it in your home or your office. I’ll share your picture and/or comment with my community/followers. Good vibes intended.
